Return Policy

Is my item eligible for return?

  • All items are final sale.
  • All personalized orders are final and not eligible for a return or refund unless there is a valid quality control issue or printing error. Please contact customer service to remedy this.
  • If a refund is necessary due to damaged or defective items, not caused by the shipping process, you will have to follow the following process.
  1. You will need to send an email to customer service at Hello@TheCorporateGirlPlanner.com
  2. You will be required to send images of the damaged items, once approved, a shipping label will be provided to you.
  3. Once your return is received, the item will be inspected thoroughly, once approved, a shipping label will be provided to you. 
  4. Customer service will let you know that your item was approved or denied for an exchange or store credit. 
  5. If approved, then your store credit will be applied to your account within 3 business days. Again, please be mindful that we don't offer refunds, only exchanges, with approval and review of items. This policy is not applicable to items that were purchased on sale, or at a discounted rate.  
  6. Please note, Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of The Corporate Girl Planner product and are not considered damaged. Printing is more of an art than a science and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product.
Denied returns (if applicable)
  • Returns will be denied for items with obvious signs of use. Those items can be returned to the sender at the customers expense. 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

How many days do I have to make a return?

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items back for store credit. You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. 

 What items are eligible for an exchange?

  • Unwritten in planners, unopened stationery (pens, pencils, sticky notes), and unworn apparel may be eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging. All items MUST be returned in its original packaging to reduce any damage during the handling process. Items also must be accompanied by a receipt, or proof of purchase. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order is damaged from shipping or may have an error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, damaged items may be reprinted or replaced with the exact same style item. In some cases, we will provide a return label to return the item so we can review and use as feedback with our continued growth.

If I am eligible for a refund, how is the payment processed?

  • Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If store credit, gift cards and/or eGift card credit were used, they will be refunded as first method of payment and are not eligible for cash dispersal.
  • In order to receive a refund credited back to your bank account, your order must have been placed no more than 30 days from when you request a refund. For your security, the refund must be credited back to the card you used to purchase this order. In the event that your credit card has expired or has been cancelled, you must receive credit to shop at TheCorporateGirlPlanner.com.
  • If you are requesting a refund and your order was placed more than 30 days ago, we are only able to provide you with credit to TheCorporateGirlPlanner.com. Our system is designed to provide extreme security to our customers, and as a result, does not save any credit card information. After 30 days, we no longer have the ability to issue a refund to your order. Please note that all sales are final for apparel items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned, or refunded for store credit:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items written in or decorated
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Shipping and handling fees

What if I don't prefer store credit?

  • For all returns we only issue store credit. Refunds of any sort are not available. 
  • In addition, if the item is marked FINAL SALE that item cannot be returned. Final sale items are also not eligible for store credit. 

Are there any return fees?

  • Return postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a store credit, please check your email.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at Hello@Thecorporategirlplanner.com 

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items are eligible for store credit, sale items cannot be returned for store credit.

Exchanges

  • We can only exchange items that were damaged or defective prior to being sent to the customer. For those items that have been damaged, or are defective, you are eligible to receive store credit. Or, you can exchange the damage, or defective item for the same item. If you choose to exchange the item please send us an email, prior to returning the item, to Hello@Thecorporategirlplanner.com to check availability. Once confirmed, send your item to:

**Please be advised that due to exclusivity, availability and shipping delays from vendors, some items may not be available for exchange at the time of your request. In those instances, you will be issued a full refund for your order.
